Outstanding Caregiver – Roger Gutierrez

Roger has been a caregiver in the memory care unit at Vintage Golden Gate in San Francisco for the past five years. He is described as a dedicated, reliable caregiver for whom going above and beyond is second nature. Golden Gate’s Executive Director summed it up best when he shared, “I always sleep well at night when Roger is on shift. Whether it’s his task or not, if he sees something is not right, he’ll fix it. I wish I had a dozen of him!”

Outstanding Team Member – Lisette Dunham

Lisette has served as the Concierge at Aegis of San Rafael for nearly three years. In that time she has made quite an impression on residents, family members, and staff alike. In addition to greeting everyone who comes through the community’s doors and assisting them in any way she can, Lisette also volunteers her assistance to numerous departments at the community. She is described as having an exemplary attitude where she always conducts herself in a professional manner, no matter the task.

Outstanding Executive Director – Pari Manouchehri

has served as the Executive Director at Quail Ridge Assisted Living in Grass Valley for four years. Her tenure in Assisted Living spans ten years. Prior to her arrival, resident satisfaction was deteriorating and staff turnover was high. Pari changed all that in a hurry. On top of all her other duties as Executive Director, Pari also provides care to residents and helps staff on challenging days. It’s no surprise to learn that Pari is described as “an incredibly compassionate, great leader with a heart of gold”.
