Tired of Guessing When Setting Wages?

Setting fair and competitive wages is critical to employee recruitment and retention. CALA's Assisted Living Compensation Report is the only source of wage and benefit data specific to California's Assisted Living providers. Other reports may identify the West, or California specifically, but this report breaks out the data by nine geographic regions within the state, as well as by community size.
