Assisted Living Communities

• $6,000 President’s Club
  The President’s Club is for Assisted Living provider organizations who support the CALA PAC at the highest level possible. They receive special recognition as PAC Leaders at CALA events and through CALA publications. They also receive invitations to special legislative events, CALA PAC-purchased tickets to fundraisers, and complementary participation in PAC fundraising events for two staff members.
  
  
• $2,500-$5,999 Cabinet Level
  The Cabinet Level recognizes Assisted Living provider organizations who make a substantial commitment to the CALA PAC. They receive special recognition at CALA events and through CALA publications. They also receive invitations to special legislative events.
  
  
• $500-$2,499 Executive Level
  The Executive Level receives special recognition at CALA events and through CALA publications, as well as invitations to special legislative events.

All others will be recognized as CALA PAC Contributors. Please make checks payable to CALA PAC.
